Day: 1 Ahmedabad
Arrival at Ahmedabad starting your day. Places to visit at Gandhinagar, Sabarmati Ashram, Adalaj Stepwell, Swaminarayan Akshardham temple.
Day: 2 Ahmedabad – Matrugaya – Patan – Modhera – Ahmedabad
Morning start for Siddhpur visit the Temples in Matru Gaya and go to patan visit the Rani kiVav and SahastralingaTalav. Rani kiVav is an excellent example of subterranean architecture of Gujarat. This vav was constructed by Udaymati, the queen of Bhimdev (1022-63 AD) and represents the finest of the Indian sculptures and architecture. SahastralingaTalav is among the many artificial tanks built in different parts of Gujarat. The architecture of this tank integrated the great sense of water management and sanctity of water in Hindu religion. Later we drive to Modhera. Modhera is situated on the banks of the River Pushpavati and is about 50 kms from Patan. This place is known for the world-famous Sun temple and is the best example of the Solanki temple architecture in the state. After visiting the sun temple, we drive back to Ahmedabad.
Day: 3 Ahmedabad – Nalsarovar – Bhuj (370 KM/ 7.5 HRS.)
Early morning will start for nalsarovarArrival at Bhuj by evening. On arrival having some local sightseeing and overnight stay at hotel.
Day: 4 Kutch/Bhuj
After breakfast visit some interesting places like Aina MahalMuseum, Pragmahal,BhartiyaSanskritiDarsan Exhibition& Cenotaphs of Royal Family.Proceeding further to visit Hodka Village you are going to enroute the Banni and Pachcham regions and the edge of the Great Rann of Kutch. Visiting Dhordo village, Bhirandiyara village, Ludiya village and Khavda village would take you towards the rich and ancient history of the place. Later on, visiting to KaloDungar (Black Hill) and Dattatray Temple would show you the beauty of ancient art and architecture along with which provides the view of the Great Rann& sunset. And come back to bhuj for overnight stay.
Day: 5 Bhuj – Jamnagar (250 KM/ 5.5 Hrs.)
Arriving at the jewel of kathiyawad would see the grand pieces of architecture and culture in Jamnagar. The place is rich in history. Commencing your tour from Narara Marine National Park, LakhotaTalav, Khijadiya Bird Sanctuary, Baps Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Ranmal Lake you would then return to your resort to rest overnight.
Day: 6 Jamnagar – Dwarka (130 KM/ 2.5 Hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Dwarka. Reaching at Dwarka would undoubtedly raise a sensation of Lord Krishna everywhere in your environment. The first place to visit is the Dwarkadhish Temple moving forward to NageshwarJyotirlinga Temple and Nageshwar Shiva Temple you would return back to rest overnight.
Day: 7 Dwarka – Bet Dwarka – Somnath (230 KM/ 5.5 Hrs.)
Starting fresh on the Devabhoomi you would then start travelling for BhaitDwarika a journey by road and crossing the sea you reach at the beautiful place of lord Krishna. You also won’t miss out from the places like RukshamaneeMandir, GomtiGhat, BhadkeshwarMahadevMandir, SudamaSetu (Sudama Bridge), Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Dwarka and GopiTalab. Overnight stay at Dwarka. After that proceed to Somnath. Arriving at Somnath you would undergo a strange feeling of devotedness towards the Lord Shiva who is known as Mahadev i.e. Lord of the Lords in Hindu religion. The first place in Somnath you would visit is the Grand Somnath Temple situated by the side of sea. You cannot deny your amazement by seeing the chalukyan art and architecture of the temple.
Day: 8 Somnath – Diu – Sasangir (160 KM/ 4 Hrs.)
Arriving at Diu would give you a certain peace of mind and raise a level of excitement for exploring the beauty of Diu. Starting from Nagoa Beach, enjoying there with your loved ones bring you more towards the significance of Diu. Other places to cover on the same day are Diu Fort, Gangeshwar Temple and Naida Caves. After that overnight stay at Sasangir.
Day: 9 Sasangir to Bhavnagar (230 KM/ 5.5 Hrs.)
Early morning does the jungle safari. After this drive to Bhavnagar. Arriving at Bhavnagar would provide you the sensation of rich history and architecture at the place. Starting your tour by visiting places like Takhteshwar Temple, Victoria Park, KhodiyarMandir, NishkalangMahadev Temple and Blackbuck National Park you to end your day to return at your resting and dining destination at Bhavnagar
Day: 10 Bhavnagar – The Statue of Unity – Vadodara (300 KM/ 6 Hrs.)
After breakfast drive to Kevadiya and will visit SardarSarovar Dam and statue of unity at Kevadiya and return back to Vadodara hotel for overnight stay.
Day: 11 Vadodara to Ahmedabad Drop (110 Km/ 2 Hrs.)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and will visit Laxmi Villas Palace, Baroda Museum, Iskon Temple and Sayaji Garden and Drive to Ahmedabad. Drop at Airport or Railway station.
